Sivan Shimi Eurasia Manufacturing and Research Company was established in 2021 (1400 in the Iranian calendar) for the first time in eastern Iran, with private sector investment, on a 10,000-square-meter site. The facility includes production buildings, a quality control laboratory, a research and formulation department, and warehouses within the South Khorasan Special Economic Zone. The complex was inaugurated in February 2023 (Bahman 1401) in the presence of the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, Dr. Seyed Solt Mortezaei, the then Governor, and the Head of the Birjand Special Economic Zone, Dr. Morteza Safdari Zadeh.
